About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates on our behalf, helping us build the team that will drive Onyx Odds forward. This is an hourly position compensated at $70/hour.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels

• Conduct outreach to potential candidates on behalf of Onyx Odds

• Manage candidate communications and scheduling

• Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines and outreach efforts

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with candidate sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

• Rate: $50/hour

• Type: Contract (1099)

• This role can be fully remote

Must be able to start immediately. Must be willing to commit significant hours and contribute at a very rapid pace.
