OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Operations Dispatch Assistant !
This position plays a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating communication between various parties, such as drivers, contractors, and yard personnel. Responsibilities typically include receiving and managing communication with contract drivers and updating relevant records in the system.

Location Details: 201 Progress Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

General knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel Programs

Excellent Customer Service and/or Dispatch skills

Ability to multitask, self-manage and work efficiently in stressful situations
The Responsibilities:

Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.

Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.

Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.

Serves as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
