For over a decade, they have been delivering advanced B2B solutions that power brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, and asset managers worldwide — helping them scale faster while keeping infrastructure lean and resilient.</p><h5>About the Role</h5><p>They are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to support and manage their merchants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payments/fintech, excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to work closely with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams.</p><h5>Responsibilities</h5><ul><li><p>Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary technical point of contact during integration, onboarding and post-launch support.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Assist merchants with API integrations, payment flows, wallet setup, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Monitor client activity, identify issues proactively, and escalate when needed.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation, integration notes, and CRM updates.</p></li><li><p>Provide clear explanations of payment flows, settlement logic, blockchain specifics, and operational processes.</p></li></ul><h5>Obligatory</h5><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, crypto, PSPs, merchant services or similar.</p></li><li><p>Strong English and Arabic.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations (not a developer role, but technical literacy is required).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with merchant support tools (CRM, Slack/Telegram chats, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence).</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and take full ownership of merchant success.</p></li></ul><h5>Preferably</h5><ul><li><p>Experience in crypto payments or blockchain networks (TRON, ETH, BTC).</p></li><li><p>Understanding of conversion flows, crypto/fiat rates, and operational risk.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with high-risk industries (iGaming, Forex).</p></li></ul>
