For over a decade, they have been delivering advanced B2B solutions that power brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, and asset managers worldwide — helping them scale faster while keeping infrastructure lean and resilient.</p><h5>Responsibilities<br>Revenue & Book Ownership</h5><ul><li><p>Own a personal book of business with full commercial accountability.</p></li><li><p>Grow ARR/MRR via:</p></li><li><p>New merchant acquisition (forex, gambling, and other high-risk industries, along with e-commerce);</p></li><li><p>Volume expansion across your book of business;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for revenue targets.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>New Logo Acquisition (Hunter)</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Actively prospect and close new high-risk merchants (warm & cold leads).</p></li><li><p>Run deals end-to-end: Discovery → commercial proposal → onboarding with the help of enablement officer → go-live.</p></li></ul><h5>Account Expansion (Farmer)</h5><ul><li><p>Grow existing clients.</p></li><li><p>Maintain direct client relationships.</p></li></ul><h5>Commercial Execution</h5><ul><li><p>Negotiate all the deal conditions.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with:</p></li><li><p>Solution Engineers/Enablement officers;</p></li><li><p>Compliance/legal/finance/back office teams;</p></li><li><p>Ensure fast go-live.</p></li></ul><h5>Obligatory</h5><ul><li><p>Perfect English.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in payments:</p></li><li><p>Crypto payments, PSPs, EMIs, or high-risk acquiring;</p></li><li><p>Track record of:</p></li><li><p>Closing deals;</p></li><li><p>Growing revenue;</p></li><li><p>Owning client relationships long-term;</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of:</p></li><li><p>High-risk merchant underwriting;</p></li><li><p>Crypto-fiat rails and on/off-ramps;</p></li><li><p>Hands-on, fast, commercially aggressive;</p></li></ul>
