The Grant Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between contracted grant writers and internal departments, ensuring the timely submission of applications and reports. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, or related field required
5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofits, community health centers, or equivalent sector
Advanced proficiency with donor database systems, preferably Bloomerang or Raiser's Edge
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing grants or fundraising campaigns
Strong analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with donor stewardship and relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling fundraising messages
Strategic thinking capabilities with proven ability to develop and execute plans
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive donor information
