Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage marketing and technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, setting expectations, and providing regular updates on project status.
- Work collaboratively with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Analyze project requirements, create detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and measure project performance against objectives and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project updates, client communications, and deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure that learnings are captured and applied to future initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the marketing and technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive project success.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, HubSpot , Paid ads, Looker studio, AI Search, Clickup and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including DNS management, hosting configurations, and SSL implementation, to streamline technical handoffs.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional professional presence and business acumen, specifically tailored for communicating with B2B clients and decision-makers.
