Job Summary:

As a Benefit Technology Administration Associate at OneDigital, you will be expected to configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool. You will be required to develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols

  • Retrieve web-based data

  • Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format

  • Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs

  • User interface testing and data validation

  • Serve as the Ben Admin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation including expansion and issue escalation

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions

  • Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

  • Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform

  • Meet or exceed department goals as defined 

  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years with Employee Navigator experience, highly preferred

  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred

  • 2 years’ work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
