בתפקיד הזה, תהיה לך הזדמנות להוביל צוות מקצועי ודינמי של נציגים שמלווים לידים חמים מאוד.
התפקיד כולל ניהול הצוות ביום-יום, הצבת יעדים, ניתוח ביצועים, מתן פידבק מקצועי והובלת תהליכים לשיפור מתמיד.
ובעיקר - לדאוג שכל לקוח שחווה את תהליך ההצטרפות לבנק, ירגיש בידיים הכי מקצועיות, שירותיות ומכירתיות שיש.
תפקיד בצומת קריטי בארגון, עם השפעה יומיומית על צמיחת הבנק, הצלחת הלקוחות, וה-DNA השירותי שאנחנו בונים כאן כל יום מחדש.
