What you’ll be doing
Acquiring new customers is super important to our growth and success.
This is an outbound sales role, so you’ll spend a lot of the time on the phone speaking to potential customers, representing OUB and our clients. Additionally, to be successful in this role, your admin and organisational skills need to be on point too, as you’ll have your own pipeline to manage, quotes to create and emails to send.
This job requires resilience and positivity as some days you’ll face a lot of no answers and objections but you’ll use your charm to engage the tenant in conversation to explain the benefits of allowing us to take care of all their utility bills such as unlimited energy and not needing to speak to direct suppliers saving the customer time and hassle.
To give you an idea of what you can potentially earn on top of your base salary, our top earner is averaging an additional £1600 per month which is nearly £1000 over our on target earnings. 33% of the current team are earning over £1000 in commission each month!

The working hours for this role are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday with 1 in every 4 Saturdays. Saturdays are 9am-5pm.
This role is fully office based for the first 6 months during a probationary period. Following successful completion, there is opportunity to work up to 2 days from home.

What you'll do
- The Sales Advisor will be responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound sales calls. This includes managing a personal pipeline, creating quotes, and handling administrative tasks.
