The Role
The FP&A Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the Group Financial Planning & Analysis function through the compilation, interpretation, and presentation of financial performance across the Group for the Board, Executive Committee, and other senior stakeholders.
This position offers exceptional exposure across FP&A’s full value chain management reporting, business intelligence (BI), forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and financial strategy and provides a rare opportunity to learn how a multinational finance function drives strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior finance leaders, contribute to key analyses and presentations, and develop advanced technical and commercial skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role is designed for a numerically minded, inquisitive, and ambitious professional with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow into a full FP&A capacity over time, gaining deep exposure to corporate performance management, data analytics, and strategic financial planning
