<p>As we continue to expand our New York office, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven <strong>Manager, Paid Social</strong> to lead paid social initiatives for several B2B-focused financial services clients. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on platform expertise, strategic thinking, client partnership, and team leadership.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels</li>
<li>Serve as the day-to-day paid social lead for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted client advisor and strategic partner</li>
<li>Oversee campaign pacing, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and business objectives</li>
<li>Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly performance optimizations against established goals, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance, distill insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and present comprehensive performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts, with a focus on insights, learnings, and next steps</li>
<li>Produce strategic deliverables such as channel roadmaps, testing frameworks, competitive analyses, POVs, and promotional plans</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Analytics, Planning, Creative, and Client Services) to ensure fully integrated, holistic digital media solutions</li>
<li>Evaluate overall campaign effectiveness and translate results into forward-looking recommendations and optimizations</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to expand and refine paid social programs through new targeting approaches, ad formats, platforms, and best practices</li>
<li>Onboard, train, mentor, and manage junior team members, providing guidance on platform expertise, campaign strategy, client communication, and reporting standards</li>
<li>Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement by staying current on platform updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices in paid social and financial services marketing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns</li>
<li>Proven expertise across major paid social platforms and tools, with strong technical and strategic proficiency</li>
<li>Demonstrated success planning, executing, and scaling campaigns; experience in Financial Services and/or B2B marketing strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and clearly communicate findings in both written and verbal formats</li>
<li>Highly digitally savvy, with a passion for emerging platforms, industry trends, and innovations in social and digital marketing</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to testing, learning, and optimization</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills</li>
