Our people are at the heart of everything we do, driving our expertise, technology, and success across more than 80 global financial services clients.</p> <p>As our New York office continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paid Search Associate with an interest in finance to support several B2B-focused financial services clients.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads</li> <li>Manage campaign pacing to ensure budgets are allocated effectively and performance is optimized toward defined objectives and KPIs</li> <li>Assist with campaign performance reporting and share insights with internal teams to track progress and results</li> <li>Execute, activate, troubleshoot, and optimize platform deals to secure access to high-quality media inventory</li> <li>Coordinate with clients and external partners to ensure campaign setup and tracking follow established processes</li> <li>Maintain diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to paid search best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle</li> <li>Support budget forecasting, planning, and ongoing monitoring</li> <li>Collaborate with account and strategy teams during planning, activation, and performance review phases</li> <li>Support day-to-day client communications related to paid search in partnership with the Search Manager and account teams</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with publishing and platform partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred</li> <li>1+ years of paid search experience, ideally within an agency environment</li> <li>Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights across key performance indicators (KPIs)</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; digital analytics experience is a plus</li> <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li> <li>Familiarity with industry tools such as DV360, DDS/Prisma, Comscore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, or similar platforms</li> <li>Comfortable analyzing marketing data and translating insights into action</li> <li>Strong aptitude for math and understanding of the digital media landscape</li> <li>Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Proven attention to detail and strong project management skills</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment</li> <li>Financial Services experience preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="column left"> <section class="main-description-section"> <article id="description-body" class="main-description-body"></article> </section> </div> <aside id="right-column" class="column right"> <div id="sticky-item" class="sticky-item"> <div class="social-share-widget">&nbsp;</div> <span id="social-share"></span></div> </aside><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span class="ui-provider ed bjb azk bjc bjd bje bjf bjg bjh bji bjj bjk bjl bjm bjn bjo bjp bjq bjr bjs bjt bju bjv bjw bjx bjy bjz bka bkb bkc bkd bke bkf bkg bkh">This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
