Key to this role is the ability to steward strategic &amp; tactical plan development and implementation, including channel allocations, flighting strategies, and budget scenarios.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be a champion for the brands you support and continually strive to find innovative solutions that build the brand</li> <li>Provides oversight and training to junior team members.</li> <li>Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail oriented</li> <li>Stays up to date on Industry and consumer trends, competitive activity, best practices and opportunities across channels.</li> <li>Studying demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences</li> <li>Presents recommendations and educational materials to the client and internal team</li> <li>Integrating strategic planning philosophy into communication plan development</li> <li>Overseeing the execution of and present media plans to clients</li> <li>Helping develop planning objectives and strategies that coincide with the client’s marketing direction</li> <li>Gauging media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies are met</li> <li>Maintaining budget control and ensure execution of media plans by authorizing approved media schedules and monitoring buys/schedules</li> <li>Consistently utilize Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.</li> <li>Strong Leadership and Management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.</li> <li>Strong Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to derive actionable insights from Data.</li> <li>Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.</li> <li>Proficiency in Media Planning and buying tools and platforms.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies and process improvement techniques.</li> <li>Understanding of financial operations, Budget Management, Strategic Planning, and media activation.</li> <li>Exceptional narrative skills, demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories that engage the audience, convey complex ideas clearly in order to effectively detail a strategy, problem, solution or Initiative.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experiences</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media operations, preferably in an agency or media organization.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels.</li> <li>Retail/eCommerce/entertainment experience</li> <li>Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p>Locations:&nbsp; New York</p> <div class="column left"> <section class="main-description-section"> <article id="description-body" class="main-description-body"></article> </section> </div> <aside id="right-column" class="column right"> <div id="sticky-item" class="sticky-item"> <div class="social-share-widget">#LI-MB1</div> </div> </aside> <p><strong></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="column left"> <section class="main-description-section"> <article id="description-body" class="main-description-body"></article> </section> </div> <aside id="right-column" class="column right"> <div id="sticky-item" class="sticky-item"> <div class="social-share-widget">&nbsp;</div> </div> </aside> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span class="ui-provider ed bjb azk bjc bjd bje bjf bjg bjh bji bjj bjk bjl bjm bjn bjo bjp bjq bjr bjs bjt bju bjv bjw bjx bjy bjz bka bkb bkc bkd bke bkf bkg bkh">This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
