This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on programmatic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring junior talent, and is excited to help shape programmatic best practices for leading financial brands.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of programmatic media strategies aligned to client business objectives, KPIs, and regulatory considerations within financial services</li> <li>Own the activation, management, and optimization of campaigns across DSPs, ensuring performance goals are consistently met or exceeded</li> <li>Serve as a subject-matter expert across programmatic platforms, inventory types, targeting strategies, and measurement frameworks</li> <li>Evaluate and recommend new inventory opportunities, manage SSP and vendor relationships, and negotiate programmatic buys and value-added opportunities</li> <li>Partner closely with cross-channel teams (paid social, search, analytics, and ad operations) to ensure cohesive planning, activation, and measurement</li> <li>Translate performance data into actionable insights and clear, client-ready storytelling</li> <li>Support the development of innovative programs, custom executions, and test-and-learn initiatives to drive incremental growth</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and evolving programmatic capabilities; proactively introduce improvements and best practices</li> <li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Act as a trusted client partner, demonstrating a strong understanding of clients’ lines of business, marketing objectives, and digital priorities</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–6+ years of experience in digital media investment, with strong hands-on programmatic experience</li> <li>Advanced experience activating and managing campaigns within DSPs such as <strong>The Trade Desk and/or DV360</strong></li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make optimization recommendations</li> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to clients</li> <li>Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field</li> </ul> <p></p> <div class="column left"> <section class="main-description-section"> <article id="description-body" class="main-description-body"></article> </section> </div> <aside id="right-column" class="column right"> <div id="sticky-item" class="sticky-item"> <div class="social-share-widget">&nbsp;</div> <span id="social-share"></span></div> </aside><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span class="ui-provider ed bjb azk bjc bjd bje bjf bjg bjh bji bjj bjk bjl bjm bjn bjo bjp bjq bjr bjs bjt bju bjv bjw bjx bjy bjz bka bkb bkc bkd bke bkf bkg bkh">This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
