The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving business-critical KPIs and tactical execution to deliver outstanding daily performance. This role emphasizes a hands-on approach to Paid Search strategy, focusing on fast, agile optimizations, rigorous testing, and rapid responses to performance data.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Director will oversee the development, execution, and continual refinement of Paid Search strategies, ensuring that accounts are optimized in real-time to meet and exceed client objectives. This role will drive constant innovation through a "test and learn" approach, applying insights to improve Paid Search performance and drive measurable business growth.
