<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Senior Director, Paid Search – Retail Performance Focus</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Director role requires an experienced leader with deep expertise in Paid Search, particularly within retail performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving business-critical KPIs and tactical execution to deliver outstanding daily performance. This role emphasizes a hands-on approach to Paid Search strategy, focusing on fast, agile optimizations, rigorous testing, and rapid responses to performance data.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Director will oversee the development, execution, and continual refinement of Paid Search strategies, ensuring that accounts are optimized in real-time to meet and exceed client objectives. This role will drive constant innovation through a "test and learn" approach, applying insights to improve Paid Search performance and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the dynamic retail landscape, executing strategies that elevate client performance across search engines and shopping platforms, with a laser focus on KPIs like revenue, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Director will also be responsible for mentoring and growing a highly agile team, fostering an environment where fast, data-driven decision-making and optimization are central to success.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Lead Paid Search strategy</strong> to drive retail performance, focusing on business-critical KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and other tactical metrics that influence daily account performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Execute rigorous, fast-paced optimizations</strong> to meet retail performance targets, adapting quickly to changing conditions and opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Oversee real-time testing and learning initiatives</strong> to drive continuous improvement, ensuring the team is consistently refining and evolving Paid Search strategies based on data and performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Collaborate with clients</strong> to develop high-impact Paid Search roadmaps, providing actionable insights and recommendations that differentiate clients from competitors.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Develop agile, data-driven campaign frameworks</strong> to ensure daily account performance is optimized through effective keyword management, bidding strategies, and ad copy refinement.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Ensure full funnel integration</strong> between Paid Search and other channels to ensure seamless customer journeys and optimal performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Mentor and develop a high-performing team</strong>, ensuring talent is equipped with the tools, training, and opportunities necessary for career growth and excellence in Paid Search management.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8-10 years of experience in Paid Search, specifically focused on retail or e-commerce businesses.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Search tools like SA360; deep understanding of optimization tactics to drive performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing KPIs and business needs, delivering agile and responsive Paid Search strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing high-profile retail accounts with a focus on performance-driven results.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for optimization and client reporting.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing and growing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present strategies and performance results to clients.</span></li>
