This individual is the day-to-day liaison between the client and the media community. They will build and maintain strong relationships with the media vendor community to ensure that our clients get premium access to opportunities and that our plans are the most innovative in the industry. The Manager will steward media plan development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to director level and supervise the Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s) day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as digital media professionals are of utmost importance.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Challenger of the Norm</strong></p> <ul> <li>Challenges the norm and seeks out innovative approaches to execution media across digital partners/platforms</li> <li>Takes nothing at face value and pushes partners to elevate and innovate programs creating first-to-market experiences</li> <li>Ability to connect programs to drive impact and ensure maximized asset utility</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relationship + Knowledge Cultivator</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively explore and recommend ways to further service and grow vendor relationships</li> <li>Manage large scale partner relationships to foresee future needs and provide ongoing client support</li> <li>Provide thought leadership for the junior team in the areas of digital marketing and technology</li> <li>Seeks out information to remain current on media trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>Analytical Thinker</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and articulate clear performance metrics and develop associated reports that measure KPI's</li> <li>Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and ensure continuous improvement</li> <li>Process and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplace</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Focused</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the buying &amp; implementation of Digital campaigns, coordinating internal resource, setting best practice, and working on planning frameworks</li> <li>Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation</li> <li>Promotes and ensures that Digital investments are being maximized and benefits are being delivered to our clients</li> <li>Establishes timetables for development of digital plans and manages expectations on deliverables</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of work experience; recent and proven experience in programmatic execution/planning and activation required; other digital advertising, such as search and/or social, is a plus</li> <li>Proven experience in successful deployment of programmatic campaigns to hit multiple client objectives</li> <li>Experience with billing (Prisma is a plus), Activation, Optimizations, Reporting/Wraps</li> <li>Successful client-facing experience as well as experience with managing external partner relationships</li> <li>Experience in running campaigns from start to finish (Strategy, buying methods, and capabilities)</li> <li>Experience optimizing programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, TTD, Yahoo)</li> <li>Strong Inventory Curation POV’s and proven track record; experience with troubleshooting/auditing private inventory deals through PMPs and/or PG</li> <li>Negotiation skills for planning efficient data and inventory deals with publisher partners</li> <li>Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data</li> <li>Experience in development and training of junior team members</li> <li>In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry including ad technology solutions; RTB, DSP’s, SSP’s, advertising/publisher ecosystems, data privacy</li> </ul> <p>#LI-KR1</p> <aside id="right-column" class="column right"> <div id="sticky-item" class="sticky-item"><span id="social-share"></span></div> </aside><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span class="ui-provider ed bjb azk bjc bjd bje bjf bjg bjh bji bjj bjk bjl bjm bjn bjo bjp bjq bjr bjs bjt bju bjv bjw bjx bjy bjz bka bkb bkc bkd bke bkf bkg bkh">This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
