<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">The Associate Director plays a key role as a day-to-day lead for development of plans, executing digital buys, ensuring pacing and performance are optimized, client interaction, working with internal teams and leading the team responsible for digital activation. Ensuring that the Digital Activation Process is used correctly across the area of responsibility is a critical focus of this job.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
