In this role, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between our client's leadership and our internal teams, driving cohesive marketing strategies across global markets and diverse audiences.</p> <p>You will own strategic client relationships, lead senior-level consultations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to inspire collaboration, synthesize complex insights, and guide organizational change will be critical to success.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>· Lead Executive Relationships: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership, conducting quarterly business reviews and steering strategic discussions on market priorities and campaign performance</p> <p>· Drive Team Leadership &amp; Development: Mentor and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between agency and client stakeholders to achieve shared objectives</p> <p>· Develop Strategic Guidance: Create market-specific strategies and best-practice frameworks that guide campaign execution and ensure consistency across global operations</p> <p>· Facilitate Organizational Alignment: Lead workshops and consultations with diverse markets and internal teams to build consensus, resolve challenges, and drive adoption of strategic initiatives</p> <p>· Build Stakeholder Consensus: Navigate complex organizational dynamics, influence decision-makers, and build buy-in for strategic recommendations across multiple markets</p> <p>· Synthesize &amp; Communicate Insights: Interpret performance data and market feedback to develop actionable recommendations; communicate strategy clearly to both executive and operational audiences</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <p>· Leadership &amp; Mentoring: Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional teams in matrix environments</p> <p>Senior Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and navigate complex organizational structures</p> <p>· Strategic Thinking: Track record of translating market insights into cohesive strategies and actionable plans</p> <p>· Communication &amp; Facilitation: Exceptional presenter and facilitator skilled at leading workshops, conducting consultations, and building consensus across diverse groups</p> <p>· Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, HCP/HCC engagement behaviors, and global market nuances (pharmaceutical sector preferred)</p> <p>· Data Interpretation: Comfortable analyzing and presenting performance metrics to inform strategic decisions</p> <p>· Change Leadership: Experience guiding organizational adoption of new strategies, processes, or initiatives</p> <p>· 5–7 years of experience in strategic client management, campaign leadership, or digital strategy within healthcare or related sectors</p> <p>· Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience advising or coordinating across multiple, geographically diverse markets</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-teams="true"><em>Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
