Job Description
Since opening the doors in 1916, the Omni William Penn Hotel has played a starring role in the city of Pittsburgh, hosting movie stars, politicians, heads of state and leaders of business and industry. A multi-million-dollar renovation has only enhanced the beauty of this luxury hotel to ensure that generations to come will enjoy the outstanding service, guest room accommodations and award-winning cuisine that have defined Omni William Penn for decades. The Grande Dame is now hiring for a Loyalty Ambassador. Come and join the #1 Hotel in the City of Pittsburgh and her Team!
Responsibilities
The Loyalty Ambassador will work closely with the Front Office Team to ensure satisfaction and recruitment of Omni Hotels' Select Guests. The position will be responsible for:
- Developing proactive relationships with Select Guests
- Greeting Select Guests upon arrival
- Resolving all Select Guest complaints
- Identifying arriving Select Guests and ensure they receive all of their personalized preferences
- Preparing daily reports
- Training, educating and motivating all hotel associates regarding the Select Guest program.
The Loyalty Ambassador is also responsible for increasing enrollment for frequent guests and intensifying activation.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient on computers, writing skills are necessary.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- This position requires standing throughout the shift.
- Applicant must be flexible with schedules and must be able to work AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
