AI-Powered Operations Coordinator
The AI-Powered Operations Coordinator at Omni Channel Solutions is a forward-thinking problem solver who uses AI tools to rapidly learn new skills, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflows across departments. DAILY DELIVERABLES
Rapidly learn and execute tasks outside of current expertise by using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other emerging AI platforms
Identify repetitive, slow, or error-prone workflows and implement AI-powered automation solutions (Zapier, Make, AI extensions, etc.)
Actively research, test, and deploy new AI tools to improve efficiency across Sales, HR, Operations, and other departments
Support team members in writing better prompts and getting consistent, high-quality results from AI systems
Use AI to digest complex data, documents, or industry trends and produce clear, actionable summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Build, maintain, and document AI-driven workflows to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and adoption
Continuously monitor and refine AI solutions to improve performance and reduce manual effort
Manage multiple projects or workflows simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand operational pain points and design AI-assisted solutions
Contribute ideas for AI-based process improvements and suggest ways to scale successful solutions across the organization
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Daily user of AI tools with demonstrated ability to leverage them to solve problems
Extreme resourcefulness and self-sufficiency—when faced with unknowns, instinctively use AI to learn and solve
Comfortable working in tech-forward environments and quickly learning new software and no-code tools
Strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-driven process improvement
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate AI-generated insights into actionable steps
Clear and effective communicator capable of explaining AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Thrives in environments requiring adaptability, curiosity, and multi-tasking across projects
Experience creating or managing AI-assisted workflows is a strong advantage
Familiarity with coding basics, data analysis, or operational systems is a plus
Enthusiastic about emerging AI technologies and continuously experimenting to maximize impact
