Location: Sunrise, FL (Day 1 onsite, 3 days office)
 
Key Areas: Creating dashboard for VP’s, Project Health Status, Reporting, Capturing information, Non-technical, Not running day-to-day scrum, Financial/Banking background
 
Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of experience
Portfolio Manager who will work closely with VP and other directors and support below (but not limited to ) work items
Portfolios spend tracking (Monthly, forecast etc)
Create burn rate reports
Key initiatives tracking
Follow-ups
Status reporting
Help organize with EA
Quarterly Team meeting
Skip levels
Stakeholder connects
Side by sides 
Prepare Status Report and Presentations 
Adhoc slides
Team presentations/celebrations
Project and Initiative roadmaps etc

  • The Portfolio/Program Manager will work closely with VPs and directors to track portfolio spending, create reports, and manage key initiatives. Responsibilities include status reporting, organizing team meetings, and preparing presentations.
