About this role

Compensation: Commission-only ($400 per customer)
Location: Your local city (must reside in the United States)
This isn't just a sales job - it's a leadership accelerator. You'll start by mastering feet-on-the-street sales with local businesses, then grow into managing 15-20 Territory Partners across your city. We'll train you, support you, and help you build a real team while you earn commissions on every sale - yours and theirs.
Phase 1: Learn the Game
- Connect with local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, pet shops) and introduce them to Omada's AI marketing platform
- Walk in, shake hands, show a 10-minute demo on your phone
- Earn $400 per customer when they sign up and become paying customers
- Master the proven system that closes customers in their first week
Phase 2 : Start Building Your Team
- Recruit 5-10 Territory Partners in your city
- Train them using the same system that worked for you
- Earn override commissions on their sales while continuing your own
- Learn coaching, accountability, and team management
Phase 3 : Own Your City
- Scale to 15-20 active Territory Partners
- Coordinate city-wide strategy and territory assignments
- Build passive commission income from your team's success
- Unlock pathways to regional leadership or enhanced ownership structures
