<p class="MsoNormal">The<span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> </span>Facility EHS Manager<span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> </span>is responsible for leading and managing the<span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> </span>facility’s safety, health, and environmental activities to build a strong safety culture with zero harm<span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> </span>focus and full compliance with all government regulations and company requirements. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"> Job responsibilities include: </p>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Ensure compliance with all pertinent OSHA, EPA and OBE requirements, programs, and regulations. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Maintain company’s database and all other safety and environmental-related records in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company requirements. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Oversee, evaluate, and continuously improve facility safety initiatives to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and to build a strong safety culture. This would include but not limited to: Supporting the annual Safety Plan development. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Coordinating required safety documentation for the facility (JSAs, Machine Guarding &PPE Assessments, New Equipment Evaluations, etc.) </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Reviewing and ensuring proper updating and compliance of Facility Written Programs (LOTO, PIT, Hazcom, etc) </li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <strong>What We Are Looking For</strong> </p>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in safety, environment or related field or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Minimum 5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Ability to read and interpret governmental safety and environmental regulations (i.e., OSHA) </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Personality, presence, and confidence to lead meetings, and coach peers & leaders. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently prioritizing work to achieve deliverables. </li>
</ul>
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;">
<li class="MsoNormal">Excellent verbal and written communications skills. </li>
