<p><strong>What You’ll Get to Do</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>Quality Manager t </strong>is focused on the quality program and ensure that required product, manufacturing testing, and reporting are completed to meet external industry and safety standards. and reports to the <strong>OpEx Manager.</strong></p>
<p>This role is perfect for an individual who drives quality standards, a problem solver and able to understand the customer. A vital member of the<strong> Operations Team</strong>, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.</p>
<p>Job responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Owns C&R performance </strong>and reduction plan</li>
<li><strong>Sustains plant QMS – </strong>Quality Management System</li>
<li><strong>Owns plant certification </strong>requirements and submissions – IGCC / SGCC - Etc</li>
<li><strong>Field support </strong>on customer jobsites (as needed)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of 5 Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone, Pareto, PDCA, A3s</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Control plan and PFMEA development</li>
<li>Risk Priority Number (RPN) reduction and FMEA logic</li>
<li>Employee support – Soft skills
<ul>
<li>Presence on the production floor at min 70% of the time</li>
<li>Assist internal teams with quality-related problem solving.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Corrective action development and verification<br>This is essential for addressing customer returns, defects, and internal process issues</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the glass processing industry or similar</li>
<li>Familiarity working in an environment that uses TPS, DBS , CORE or any similar Lean Continuous Improvement system</li>
</ul>
