Job Description
The role of a Sales Leader is one that demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. A Sales Leader commands the respect and trust of those customers who are entrusting their and their families financial futures to them.Manages sales & expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets.
Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.
Accountable for local marketing.
Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities.
Responsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers.
Ensures delivery of customer value.
Manages, develops, appoints & trains sales agents.
Responsible for 15-20 sales agents
Requirements:
A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
RE5 an advantage
A valid Driver’s license and your own car
A clear criminal and credit check
A minimum of 3 years sales management experience (preferably in financial services)
Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal
