Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Capital Assistant to join our team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This role supports key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, administration, employee relations, and performance management.

The fixed-term nature of this role is intended to provide additional capacity during a period of increased HR activity, including ongoing organisational projects, process improvements, and talent lifecycle initiatives. The contract will allow the organisation to respond to current operational needs while assessing longer‑term structure requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate induction sessions.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records.
  • Process HC documentation (contracts, confirmations, transfers, terminations, etc.).
  • Support payroll by collecting and submitting relevant employee data.

Employee Relations Support

  • Assist with scheduling disciplinary hearings, grievance processes, and related documentation.
  • Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Assist in coordinating performance review processes.
  • Maintain training records and support the rollout of learning and development programmes.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HC standards.
