Job Description
The Enterprise Transformation Coach provides guidance, drives business transformation and strategic change to create value. Partners across the enterprise to introduce, enable, and adopt transformation methodologies and concepts.
As a Transformation Coach within a leading financial services Group, you will enable teams and leaders to navigate complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives — whether digital, cultural, operational, or regulatory—by building internal change capabilities, promoting agile ways of working, and fostering a resilient, customer-focused mindset across the organization.Support communication needed to implement Transformation plans within the Group; explain the relationship to the broader organization's vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to do extraordinary things to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans by identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions. Develop positive stakeholder relationships, ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice, and support through change.
Mentor, coach, support, and provide advice and guidance for service users to support them through new developments.
Design and deliver coaching programs, workshops, and learning content to enhance leadership and transformation capabilities.
Build coaching communities of practice across business and support functions.
Mentor internal change agents and agile champions across the Group.
Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the teams’ and individual development needs. Plan and implement actions to build capabilities in collaboration with the Learning and Development Team.
Provide individual and team coaching to support adoption of new operating models (e.g., agile at scale, digital-first, risk-conscious cultures).
Create psychologically safe environments for experimentation and continuous learning within a highly regulated financial setting.
Support roll-out and embedding of major transformation programs.
Partner with business units to co-create tailored change interventions.
Champion a “one team” culture across departments to enhance collaboration and enterprise agility.
Ensure integration of related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviours.
Agile and Lean Practice Coaching
Support the scaling of agile methodologies and ceremonies across product teams and change portfolios.
Guide teams in applying lean principles to improve speed-to-market, risk mitigation, and customer-centric service delivery.
Measurement, Risk Awareness and Governance:
Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching on adoption, engagement, and business performance.
Contribute to governance and reporting for transformation initiatives and change portfolios.
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Planning
Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
Develop business cases for key transformation initiatives; and estimate the financial and human resources required to deliver.
Champion an innovation stream within the transformation road map, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute on the strategy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Finance, Technology, Project Management or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Over 10 years’ experience in coaching, transformation, organizational development, or agile delivery within financial services.
Demonstrated success in supporting complex change initiatives in regulated environments.
Experience coaching within digital or agile transformation programs is highly desirable.
Related certifications are an advantage.
