Job Description
naPerforms simple clerical duties by applying office procedures including answering calls, managing basic financial transactions and recording, typing or word processing, filing, and other ad-hoc activities to increase efficiency.
1. Review and update a minimum of 50 customer records in a day to ensure accuracy of identification and contactability details.
2. Validate demographic information and correct gaps or inconsistencies.
3. Flag anomalies and escalate exceptions to the Data Governance or Retention Team.
4. Maintain accurate logs of remediation activities for reporting and audit purposes.
5. Support Data Quality (DQ) monitoring by identifying recurring issues and recommending fixes.
6. Collaborate with the Retention Team to ensure smooth integration of remediation tasks with ongoing operations.
