Job Description
The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the Servicing business. This role plays a critical function in transforming raw data into strategic insights that inform decision-making, improve customer experience, and optimize business performance. The Lead is accountable for managing a high-performing analytics team, delivering robust reporting frameworks, developing advanced data models, and ensuring that analytics initiatives align with business priorities and outcomes.Analytics Strategy and Leadership:

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED, NOT A REQUIREMENT)
AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI).
Generative AI & NLP: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-driven insight generation.
Programming: Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
Data Engineering Basics: Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Demonstrated experience in implementing AI-driven analytics solutions in a business context.
