About the Opportunity






The Web3 Explorer team is responsible for parsing and persistently storing on-chain data. They are responsible for developing and maintaining Explorer-related projects, which includes calculating and monitoring real-time metrics for DEX platforms, providing wallet and DEX users with accurate asset and transaction data, and performing multi-dimensional statistical analysis and metric computations based on on-chain data.

 






What You’ll Be Doing 




  • Responsible for the architecture, design, planning, development, and implementation of Big Data products and tools.




  • Design and develop backend systems for Big Data applications built on enterprise-level data warehouses; participate in requirements analysis, system design, detailed design, and technical optimization for both batch and real-time processing scenarios.




  • Review design proposals for key projects, provide technical support, and tackle complex technical challenges.




 


What We Look For In You 




  • 5+ years of Java development experience with a solid foundation in Java fundamentals, including I/O, multithreading, collections, and a good understanding of JVM principles.




  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally accredited university, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.




  • Proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud or MyBatis.




  • In-depth knowledge of mainstream database technologies such as MySQL, with experience in SQL performance optimization.




  • Hands-on experience with middleware and big data technologies including Elasticsearch, HBase/Lindorm, Flink, and Kafka; understanding of underlying principles and use cases, with the ability to propose and implement optimization solutions.




  • Experience in designing and developing business platforms that handle massive volumes of data.




  • Strong passion for technology, broad technical vision, curiosity, self-motivation, and excellent learning ability.




 


Nice to Haves




  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts or experience with data platforms/tools.




  • Experience in distributed system design and development; familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, ZooKeeper, or similar technologies is a plus.




  • Basic understanding of blockchain technologies, with the ability to learn and research based on business needs.




  • Background in compliance analysis within the financial industry, with experience in relationship analysis, transaction tracing, or behavioral analysis.
