About the Opportunity


We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team and take charge of managing Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto industry. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building impactful relationships and executing creative campaigns, this is the role for you. This position involves developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with Influencers and KOLs, and driving revenue and market share growth, collaborating with cross teams, and providing valuable market insights.

What You’ll Be Doing




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local Influencers and KOLs, ensuring alignment with OKX’s brand and strategic objectives, and build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition



  • Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with crypto influencers



  • Design and execute tailored campaigns with KOLs to target specific audiences and maximize impact



  • Localize global marketing campaigns to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the region



  • Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in Brazil



  • Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and user acquisition



  • Analyze campaign metrics and Influencer/KOL performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives



What We Look For In You




  • 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience



  • Based in São Paulo



  • Experience building large affiliate networks



  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines



  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation



  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology.



  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.



  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
