What You’ll Be Doing  





  • Work within the Growth Department, with a core focus on increasing user scale and transaction volume, accountable for growth metrics.



  • Investigate various traffic opportunities and collaborate with channels (including but not limited to social media, communities, KOLs, financial institutions, gaming guilds, MCNs, high-net-worth clients, websites, app stores, and apps) to expand sustainable and optimized traffic channels, and execute growth strategy planning.



  • Continuously iterate and optimize user acquisition conversion rates through data analysis, user research, and by drawing inspiration from emerging growth cases across different industries.

  • 钻研各种流量机会,并对接渠道(包括且不限于社媒、社群、KOL、金融机构、游戏公会、MCN机构、高净值客户、网站、应用商店、app等),拓展可持续优化的流量渠道,完成增长策略的规划及执行;



  • 通过数据分析、用户研究、借鉴不同行业新出现的增长案例,持续迭代优化拉新的转化效果。



 


What We Look For In You





  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will require effective communication with stakeholders in both languages



  • Experience in user growth for internet products, with the ability to acquire Chinese-speaking users; prior promotional experience in finance, live streaming, or gaming industries is a plus.



  • Flexible thinker and familiar with various e-commerce traffic strategies, possessing strong logical reasoning and written communication skills; demonstrates a keen curiosity for new concepts and actively explores innovative growth methods.



  • Deep understanding and experience in user growth strategies.



  • Strong resilience under pressure, with a high capacity for learning and self-motivation.
