What You'll Be Doing
- Develop global travel policy and strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Negotiate with airlines and hotels to secure discounts and flexible cancellation options, while driving cost control and conducting ROI analysis and cost management.
- Lead the integration of travel data with expense control and financial systems, create data dashboards, track compliance, costs, and satisfaction, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Drive the digitization and automation of travel processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist employees in making reservations in accordance with company travel policies, showcasing strong skills in international travel booking and problem solving.
- Support the completion of ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience in international travel booking
- Prior experience with visa process and immigration policies is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask
- Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work
- Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
