As a part-time Admissions Specialist, you will work Monday - Friday, 3:30p - 8:30p, plus some Saturdays as needed, 7:00am - 2:30pm. This position does not qualify for benefits but does qualify for our discretionary quarterly bonuses!

As an Admissions Specialist, you are responsible for interviewing patients and completing admission process, ensuring hospital records are accurate and informing patients of hospital’s policies.

What’s required of you? High school graduate or equivalent. 

Do I need experience? One year in medical or dental front office, billing office, or admissions.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.
