Programs Field Representative

H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.   
 

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

  • A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
  • OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.


Job Responsibilities:

  • The principle focus of this position is to ensure provider agencies contracted with OHCA and our internal Developmental Disability Services Case Management process is following Federal and State funding mandates.
  • The position performs professional work serving as liaison between the State Office and Area offices providing Case Management feedback that is fundamental to ensuring continued interpretation and uniform application of policy, procedures and regulations that are required for the funding of services in Oklahoma to individuals receiving supports.
  • This position is the liaison between contracted provider agencies and the State Office regarding services being rendered Statewide.
  • Are assigned responsibility for conducting internal and external audits of contracted agencies, their employee's and client service violations of agency policy, regulations and applicable state and federal laws.
  • Also conducts external field investigations and perform federally or state mandated quality control audits to evaluate the effectiveness of contracted agency programs to ensure continued federal funding is available and sanctions are not imposed which would reduce federal funding capacity.
