Job Description:
Job Type: Hourly
Pay: $50,000 annually
Schedule: Day Shift
Work Location: On-site with some hybrid flexibility
As the HR Coordinator with OKIN Process, you would provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supports a positive employee experience.
