LPN Extended Hours

• The LPN-Extended Hours position serving the Dayton area. 
• This is a PT Day shift position, 8A-8P,  
• In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining  
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed  

The LPN Extended Hours Essential Duties Are:  

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.  

Qualifications:  

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.  
• One year of nursing experience preferred.  
• CPR Certified.  
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.  
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.  
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.  
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.  
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
