What You Will Do:
· Policy & Governance: Assists in the formulation and implementation of IT Program policies and procedures to guide technology investments, drafting critical governance documents and standards for the Technology Council (TC).
· Liaison & Representation: Acts as the primary liaison between the CIO and Tech Council leadership.
· Budgetary Oversight: Administers the Technology Council budget, including coordinating annual budget reviews, scoring and prioritizing projects, and delivering quarterly financial reports to Tech Council Leadership.
· Program & Compliance Management: Monitors performance measures and program requirements to ensure compliance, while assisting in the implementation and scheduling of the agency’s Strategic Technology Plan.
· Operational & Committee Coordination: Chairs the TC Application Request Committee and oversees the SharePoint infrastructure to manage digital workflows, meeting agendas, and agency-wide workshops or symposiums.

4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.
-Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
