Role Overview:

As our E-Commerce Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end operations of our online store. This is a part-time role with a base salary plus significant commission potential, ideal for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the full e-commerce operation solo, no team, just you.

2. Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores: product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.

3. Plan and execute strategies to scale online sales and drive revenue growth.

4. Monitor and optimize every aspect of the customer journey from browsing to post purchase.

5. Analyze data to improve net profit, not just revenue, and maximize profitability.

6. Identify new opportunities in the beauty e-commerce market.

Qualifications:

1. 3–5 years experience scaling e-commerce beauty brands.

2. Expert in Shopify and WooCommerce.

3. Comfortable managing all aspects of e-commerce independently.

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills withentrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and results-driven.

5. Proven track record of delivering results: not just a portfolio, but numbers. We want evidence of success, e.g.:

“I started with £5,000 monthly revenue and grew it to £50,000 net profit in 12 months for Brand X.”

“Increased conversion rate from 1.2% to 4.5%, generating £30,000 additional profit for Brand Y.”

Other Qualifications:

➢ Has internet speed minimum of 25 mbps and with own working laptop.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

• Base Salary: ₱25,000 per month

• Commission: ₱25,000 for every £1,000 of net profit generated

Example: Generate £10,000 in net profit → ₱250,000 commission

• Huge earning potential for someone who can deliver results independently.
