About this role

The Inside Sales Enablement Strategist plays a key role in supporting the execution of sales strategies within the inside sales organization. This position is responsible for assisting with data analysis, process improvement, and the implementation of sales initiatives to drive business growth. The incumbent will collaborate with sales leaders and team members to ensure the effective delivery of sales programs, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. In addition, this role will provide project management support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while driving results in a dynamic sales environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on sales data to identify trends, opportunities,  and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support sales leadership in decision-making.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating and streamlining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Project Management Support: Coordinate and manage tasks, timelines, and resources for strategic sales initiatives and ad hoc projects. Track progress, communicate updates, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Sales Program Support: Provide administrative and operational support for sales programs and  initiatives, including campaign execution, lead management, and tracking program results.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies. Communicate updates and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay current on sales best practices, tools, and technologies. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Level of Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred
  • Area of Study: Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3
  • Type of Experience: Project Management, Business, Sales
  • Technical Competencies & Information Systems:
  •  
    • MS Suite
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
