About this role

OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. Our solutions make it easier for automotive industry professionals to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research & planning, optimize estimates, improve the parts supply chain, and more. OEC partners with many of the world’s largest manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, shops and repairers, and service providers, giving our customers access to a comprehensive network and a streamlined workflow.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused product leader to guide and grow our eMarketing product portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing product team, shape the vision and roadmap for our marketing technology solutions, and partner closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver products that drive real customer and business impact.

You’ll balance strategy with execution—owning product direction from discovery through launch and optimization—while serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence how our eMarketing and broader eCommerce solutions scale, perform, and win in the market.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the eMarketing product team, setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and growth, supporting career development and internal mobility.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top product talent, ensuring new team members are set up for success from day one.

Own Product Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eMarketing solutions, aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive adoption, quality, and performance at scale across channels and formats.
  • Champion modern product management and Agile best practices across the team.

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Partner directly with customers, national accounts, and third parties to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive solutions to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the product line internally and externally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver against financial and customer commitments.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and success metrics throughout the product lifecycle.

Business & Financial Ownership

  • Own product-level P&L, including investment planning and return on investment.
  • Define pricing, packaging, and positioning that clearly differentiates offerings and reinforces value propositions.

Thought Leadership & Evangelism

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, including customer briefings and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and industry leaders.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 10+ years in product management or product development, including ownership of large-scale platforms or implementations.
  • Proven experience building AdTech or MarTech products.
  • 4+ years leading and developing people managers and/or direct reports.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and modern product management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua, particularly for email campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with measurement and attribution solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product leadership mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data and integrations.
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences and influence outcomes.
  • Analytical, data-driven problem solver who thrives in complex environments.
  • Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a fast-moving business.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Additional Details

  • Travel required approximately 10–15% (about 1–2 days per month).

Benefits & Perks

  • Full benefits starting Day 1: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited Flex Time Off plus 10 company-paid holidays
  • Remote-first role with monthly communication stipend

About OEC

Playing our part right from the start. Back in 2000, OEMs were facing a huge hurdle selling parts into dealerships, mechanical shops, and collision shops. Every transaction was handled manually, either by phone or fax, which left the market desperate for a faster, more efficient way to do business. That’s when four major auto players – GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Bell & Howell (now Snap-on Business Solutions) – formed OEC. In 2001, we launched CollisionLink, the first e-commerce tool for shops to buy OE parts from dealership suppliers. Shortly afterwards, we launched D2DLink, connecting dealers nationwide and quickly elevating the OEC dealership base from 500 to 10,000. Over the years, we continued to develop and acquire key solutions to better manage every aspect of maintenance and repair, including non-OE aftermarket parts and solutions for repairers. Today, OEC is how everyone in the vehicle parts and repair lifecycle gets their job done more easily. Dealers and suppliers, repairers, manufacturers, insurers, and fleets all use our technology and data services to connect with each other and get vehicles back on the road safely. It’s why so many of the biggest names in the industry all rely on OEC. And it’s how, in just the past year alone, we’ve facilitated over $14B in North American e-commerce and over $30B in global trade. OEC | Now for the easy part.™
