Job Summary/Objective
Leads initiatives in developing scalable Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV solutions for OEC. Collaborates with department leadership and architects to guide strategic decisions while providing hands-on support to application teams to enhance scalability in applications and databases. Design, develop, test, and support CRM and NAV systems and integrated platforms. Delivers database tuning/optimization/caching and develops solutions to maintain stability, security, and high performance. Provides technical expertise throughout the application lifecycle, fostering efficient collaboration with development teams. Sets high standards for technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
At least 10 years of experience in software development of scalable web-based and data-driven products, with expertise in data mining techniques for comprehensive data insights at every user touch point in the system.
Must have 7 years of experience working directly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV.
Proven ability to define, deliver, and execute multiple projects.
Proficiency in technologies including .NET/C#, Java, JavaScript, Vue.js, C/AL, HTML, CSS, OLTP, SQL, REST, Webservices, GIT/Bitbucket.
Preference for experience in global ERP/CRM systems

Must be able to adjust work hours as needed, to attend meetings and provide support & guidance to teams across global locations and time zones.
