Odyssey Systems is seeking a Program Control Coordinator who will provide on-site project management/administrative support and coordination for the Aviation portfolio in Niceville, FL. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, financial performance analysis, contract funding and expenditure analysis and reporting, contract billing review, and budget variance analysis, with a primary focus on contract travel requirements. The ideal candidate for this position can work independently and solve complex problems.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Education: BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Years experience: 2-5 years’ experience in similar financial planning and analysis, business management, and personnel management role
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret ClearanceYears experience: 2-5 years experience managing financial analysis and business management for Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Materials contracts
