Odyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic Manager, Learning & Development to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning initiatives that build organizational capability and advance performance. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to assess development needs and implement innovative, scalable training solutions that support Odyssey’s strategic priorities. You will oversee the Learning & Development function and champion programs that cultivate leadership excellence, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of growth.
