You will also work closely with our market, tech and data teams as well as external partners to develop and implement tailored digital marketing initiatives that effectively address local market dynamics.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(14, 14, 14);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;"><br></span></p><h2><span><strong>What you’ll be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager</strong></span></h2><ul><li><p><span><strong>Manage and lead the execution of digital marketing</strong> in paid social, search, display, SEO, etc. to maximize performance, including customer acquisition and engagement in both B2C and B2B segments.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Increase campaign conversion rates</strong> through personal and relevant content, ensuring a cohesive campaign orchestration together with the CRM and Shop team.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Collaborate</strong> closely with the <strong>local</strong> <strong>market teams</strong>, including Head of Market and Creative and Content, to understand market-specific needs, align strategies, and prioritize digital activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Lead external agencies </strong>to manage day-to-day digital campaign activities, including planning, execution, and ongoing optimization, ensuring campaigns align with market goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Monitor, analyze, and report</strong> on the performance of digital campaigns across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure we have the right <strong>tooling and tracking</strong> to run <strong>personalized campaigns</strong> at scale and to confidently attribute and measure business impact of those campaigns</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(14, 14, 14);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;">.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><h2><span><strong>What you’ll need to succeed 🌟</strong></span></h2><ul><li><p><span><strong>Proven ability to lead</strong> the implementation of digital marketing strategy with internal and external partners and agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels</strong>, including paid social, search, display, and SEO, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Know-how in tag management</strong> (GTM), product catalog management and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
