OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st Century retirement community committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our residents. We are currently seeking a Full or Part-Time Evening Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Memory Care team.

Position Summary
The Evening Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for providing and overseeing high-quality nursing care while promoting resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being. This role serves as a clinical leader on shift and supports a positive, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Supervise and support care staff during the evening shift
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Requirements
Education
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in Nursing required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Maine nursing license as an RN or LPN required
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire
- Valid Maine driver’s license
