Duties And Responsibilities

The Finance Analyst supports the Finance Manager by providing accurate financial analysis, BS reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting to support business decision-making. The role focuses on financial performance tracking, cost control, and ensuring data integrity across financial reports.

Functions

ESSENTIAL 
 

Accounting & Data Integrity:

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes 
  • Ensure financial data consistency between systems and reports
  • Ensure internal controls are followed and accounting policies are applied consistently 
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and process gaps

Month-End & Year-End Close:

  • Lead and support month-end and year-end closing activities 
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of closing schedules 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues 
  • Prepare and upload Month / Year close journals to ERP
  • Support external audits and respond to audit queries

Financial Accounting & Reporting: 

  • Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation

Team Support & Collaboration:

  • Check and Control Revenue database to ensure input is correct
  • Maintain Revenue Database and update by new projects / CTRs
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation between Sales / Payroll Timesheets to ensure consistence. 
  • Support Quote to Cash team with sales invoices queries
  • Support Project teams with Project / Customer / Vendor creation


Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts 
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to collect financial inputs 
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning

NON-ESSENTIAL 
 

  • Assist Country / Regional Management team if required
  • Assist Finance Project Manager with IC / Tax related matter if required

Qualifications

REQUIRED
 

  • Finance / Accounting degree

DESIRED
 

  • Experience working with Oracle /BP Vendor Portal / Ariba / Backbone is preferable
