Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President to lead the strategic transformation of Treasury Operations, driving innovation, digitization, and operational excellence. This role is accountable for shaping and executing the Operations change agenda, aligning with enterprise-wide initiatives and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and risk management of our global treasury operations processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to process optimization and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the treasury operations transformation roadmap, including process redesign, automation, and system modernization.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Businesses, Legal, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver integrated change programs.

  • Oversee governance, risk management, and performance tracking of transformation initiatives.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery within Treasury Operations.

  • Ensure alignment with global regulatory standards and changes, internal control frameworks, market developments, and industry best practices to ensure the team remains agile and compliant.

    Requirements:

    • Strong expertise in financial instruments and end-to-end treasury operations processes, from trade validation to settlement, aligned with global market standards.

    • Deep understanding of treasury operations systems (e.g., Murex, Bloomberg, SWIFT), and regulatory landscape.

    • Over 10 years of experience in treasury operations, with a proven track record in leading process transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

    • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

    • Resilient and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on risk management and operational controls.

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Highly flexible and adaptable—open to job rotations, staggered hours, public holiday coverage, and shift work when required.
