Transaction Banking Product - Sales Why Join As a Transaction Banking Product Sales professional at OCBC, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our transaction banking business. You will work closely with our clients to understand their cash management and trade finance needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for transaction banking, this role is for you. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of transaction banking products and services, a strong sales background, and excellent relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging market trends to ensure that our transaction banking solutions are always current. What you do Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and government agencies Drive sales growth by promoting our transaction banking products and services Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, operations, and risk management, to ensure that our solutions meet client needs and are delivered effectively Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends Develop and deliver sales training programs to ensure that our sales team has the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell our transaction banking solutions Who you are At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or finance industry Strong knowledge of transaction banking products and services, including cash management and trade finance Excellent relationship-building and sales skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
