Job Desciption:
- Bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan sales & service yang dilakukan oleh anggota tim dalam rangka pencapaian target dan pengembangan bisnis Retail Funding.
- Melakukan pengawasan secara menyeluruh terhadap pemantauan dan memastikan produktivitas dan kinerja tim.
- Bersama business melakukan monthly & quarterly business review untuk memastikan pencapaian target.
Job Qualification:
- Minimal lulusan S1 dari berbagai jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang marketing perbankan.
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
- Memiliki network yang luas.
- Lokasi penempatan : Pluit Karang Utara
